Gibson TB-3 Conversion (1926)
What a banjo!!
This is a 1926 TB-3 conversion! The pot is mostly original except for one thumb screw, and the tail piece. It has a Sullivan Ball Baring Conversion ring, and also comes with all of the original ball bearing parts just in case one wanted to put the BB ring back on. A newer neck from a small builder features a style 1 inlay pattern. The finish doesn’t quite match the original finish on the resonator. Comes with a fresh set up and a hard case. Don’t miss out on this 94 year old Prewar Mastertone!! This banjo has that loud dry tone you’ve been looking for!!
